authorization Token

Found this thread - Enter authorization token to sign into Postman

Where it says, “… you can use select the authorization token option which will display your token.” is where I’m lost. Unlike the poster of that thread, I am not using a VM - it’s just my computer.

I updated Postman to v10.24.3, and I want to sign in so I can see the full sidebar (there’s a tutorial I want to follow). So I click to sign-in, it opens the browser automatically, I sign-in with my email address and password. Where do I get the Authorization Token?
