Can't Sign In to Postman Desktop - wrong browser profile selected by default, manual doesn't work

I’m trying to sign-in to the Desktop App for Postman; however it’s always failing because it automatically attempts to open the URL which opens in the wrong browser instance.

I copy the URL and paste it into the correct window, and sign in. This redirects me to postman for web, but doesn’t progress the desktop sign-in UI.

I’ve tried hunting around the UI for an authorisation token so I can use the “Enter authorization token” option, but can’t seem to find it, and google searches just point me to “how to obtain an (oauth) authorization token” which is not what I’m looking for.

Any clues from you Postman wizards?
