How to disable updates completely?

Hi Team,

Is there a way to completely disable updates, both major and minor updates and patches? Postman is already getting slower over the years and with automatic updates, there is additional wait when I start postman.

Hi Team, Could you please give an update on this?
Even though Settings > Updates are disabled, it tries to update frequently.
