We are using the Postman Basic plan, and the API Builder resource shows that 3 are in use, but we have never used them.
Even when we go to the lookup page, it says there are no APls in use. Please check this.

It looks like you’re using the v11 version of Postman. That particular feature has now been deprecated and all APIs have been moved/converted to Specs in v12.
You might have team members that have created APIs within a Workspace, in your account and as that total is for the team rather than an individual limit you might not see that in your account.
Might be good to check with all the team members to see if they have those listed here?
