Just wondering if I’m the only person who finds small, dark-grey text on a light-grey background difficult to read. Could we have an option of a high-contrast theme or controls over the font sizes and colours?

You are not the only one!! I love using Postman. It’s an incredible tool. But since a recent update the fontsize is tiny! and I can hardly read it. Would love to be able to zoom that font size.
@sqferry You can switch the theme to the dark one (Settings > Theme)
Also, you can zoom-in the whole app’s UI so that the text is more big and readable. (Hit Ctrl / Cmd and ‘+’)
The font-size of the editors can be configured: Settings > General > Font-size
