Regarding GSOC Proposal

I will Like to know about Project Idea 3: Newman Dashboard This Idea requires Js and basic of Html and Css. I know Html and css at a good level not only theory but also I am learning to apply it . I am learning Js from my end. So I want to ask that will it be ok If I choose these project as my 1 project among 3 proposal which I am gonna make for GSOC please guide me . Honestly I am so much excited to work with Postman
