Questions regarding the Basic plan

Apologies if this question has been raised previously.

I have a Free Postman account and require the ability to collaborate within a workspace alongside my team members. (7) At present, they all hold free accounts. Can we achieve this with the Basic plan, and would it be necessary for everyone to upgrade to a Basic plan, or can they continue using their free plans while I have the Basic plan to attain the desired outcomes?

On the free plan you can collaborate with up to 3 people. On the basic plan you can collaborate with the 7 members on your team in a team workspace. All users will need to have a basic plan to join the workspace.
