I have problems with sync collection with teams please help me

May I know if you are unable to sync or switch to “Team Workspaces” via the app? Could you please try to sign-out and sign-in and see if that helps?

Hi @Kurmavatar i still go the problems now all my team is stuck when they’re try to open postman please fix soon for us because now we already used to work with this app so can’t move to web.anyway thanks for your support

@vvannarith Sure, I do understand. Could you please submit a ticket or write to [email protected] with a screenshot of the sync-error and other additional details to help us check on this further.

I have an issue with Sync and loosing all my collections. Moreover, I see that sync is continuously running even when I do not have any collections in the work space. Help please? I have already lost two days of my collection and it is so frustrating.
