Hello, I signed in this morning to find all my workspace collections gone, when they were there yesterday. I’ve tried reloading, signing out and signing back in, clearing cache and reloading and none of that fixed the problem. Going here doesn’t show my collections either, it just seems to keep loading forever:
https://web.postman.co/me/collections. I am connected to my company’s VPN and on the latest version of Postman: v11.57.1. Am I doing something wrong or is there some sort of outage with Postman?
There is a current incident impacting Postman servers:
This just happened to me a few minutes ago, and I had Postman open. I came here because I thought I had clicked something I shouldn’t have — it must be a general issue.
I miss the old, unbloated Postman. Fully offline, no issues.
Same here everything is gone after I updated Postman. Environments, Collections everything

Pleaseeeee let there be a fix for this.
Seems postman global outage.
Europe is impacted too. Down here is Paris.

I am able to access my workspace now, but the collections and environments appear to be versions from more than 6 months ago. I made updates to my collection and environment as recently as yesterday, and those are gone. When will my collections and environments be restored to their most recent state? Thanks.
My collection has returned, but as I wanted to make sure I Export it before proceeding with further development, it seems that the Export dialog just sits there. My collection isn’t that big so I don’t think it should be taking more than a half hour to export it.
Hi @jgpost0803. What is the date of the most recent change you see in your collection? (This is available on the right side nav of the collections overview page). What data do you see in your Workspace history for the most recent history data?
Hi @julioc-oi. Are you seeing any errors specifically? What happens when you click export?
@gbadebo-bello The date of the most recent collection changes is 25 Nov 2024. I made changes to this collection and saved them yesterday. Workspace history shows a date of 4 Dec 2024 for the most recent data.
@gbadebo-bello I made changes up until about 2PM yesterday. Left my machine running overnight - Postman must have updated automatically, because I am on the current release. It was when I unlocked my workstation this morning and brought my window up on the desktop that I noticed my workspace was completely empty. Yes, this is the same account
