Not receiving email notification

I have scheduled my collection runs using the ‘Schedule run’ option. I have also added myself to receive emails whenever there is a failure. I was receiving emails earlier but since few days, I am not receiving any emails from Postman. Last email I received was on 2nd May 2024. All of my settings are same as earlier.

Can you check your run history to see when last this collection ran on the schedule?

It is scheduled to run every 4 hours. It ran 1 hour back.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this. I think we’ll need to take a closer look into your account. Could you please submit a support request here and attach your application logs with that request?
