How do I modify the postman UI? I will pretty much never click anything along the top bar so I’d like it to go away - the brightly colored New button is EXTREMELY distracting.

Unfortunately, header/top toolbar cannot be hidden currently. But I completely agree, with an option to hide/toggle the header toolbar should be helpful to most of the users to gain that extra space. Would recommend you to file this as a feature request to our Github since Postman’s feature set has been largely built out from requests received from our user base.
