Lost all my work!

Well, I finally took the plunge and updated to the web tier. My desktop Postman application with years of workspaces got “refreshed” and everything is gone… I’m speechless. I have no idea what version I was upgrading from but Postman went from a light interface to a dark interface. I guess I should have read the fine print more closely. Just giving feedback although I understand not providing any detailed information is not helpful.

All the data is safe and accessible.

If you’re signed in an account, you can use the ⚙️ > Settings > Data > Migrate data menu option and bring all of that data into a Workspace.

I’m not sure what you mean by web tier here though?

Scratch Pad data is empty, just the new collection I’m starting over with.
By ‘Web Tier’, I mean I was never sign into Postman before. Once I signed in, the application restarted and all my collections were gone.

Have you gone through this step to bring your data into a new Workspace?

When I go to Settings > Data > Migrate Data, it does not show any of my previous data. It’s gone.

Ok I see. I needed to “Create Workspace” and then everything showed up!
