Hello Postman team,
I recently logged back into my Postman account using my usual email (registered with my Hotmail address). I had always used the app while logged into my account, and all my requests and collections were previously available and synchronized.
However, after updating to the latest version of Postman and logging in, I noticed that all my collections and requests are missing. Both my workspace and trash are completely empty, even though I had extensive data saved there between 2021 and 2023.
I have not deleted anything manually, and I suspect that the issue may be related to the update process or some synchronization problem.
I kindly ask for your assistance in:
- Verifying if there is any recoverable data in your cloud/server for my account.
- Restoring any collections that may have been lost during the update or login process.
This data is extremely important to me and contains work from multiple years. I would deeply appreciate your help in recovering it.
