Anyone have any suggestions for moving away from postman? I updated and can no longer use it offline and switching to Scratchpad means I have to recreate all collections. Thanks!
You can export all your collections following these instructions, then import them in the Scratchpad.

Probably one of the most common alternatives is Apigee - it has similar functionality to Postman, but it is also a GCP product. If that’s not a concern maybe check it out - https://cloud.google.com/apigee
