Drag and drop in editor not working in scratchpad

My question: Is this a known bug or something new? Everyone at my company can not drag/drop folders (collections) or requests within them. We used to be able to but no longer can.

How I found the problem: Just trying to move folders and requests.

I’ve already tried: Updating and restarting postman

### Is there an existing issue for this? - [X] I have searched the tracker for …existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed ### Describe the Issue Suppose we have 10 requests in a collection which are numbered sequentially like Request1, Request2, Request3.... and so on. If we try to drag Request 4 and drop it between Request 9 and Request 10 it is getting dropped in between Request 5 & 6. ### Steps To Reproduce 1. Create HTTP requests (Request 1, Request 2, ....) 2. Try to use drag and drop feature to get those request in an random order lets say Request 5 then drop request 1 below request 5. ### Screenshots or Videos _No response_ ### Operating System Windows ### Postman Version 9.22.2 ### Postman Platform Both ### Additional Context? _No response_

We’ve raised a fix. Should be available with version 9.22.3. It’s in the process of roll out.

I’m still seeing this issue in 10.7.0 on Mac OS. I can not reorder requests in a collection in scratch pad. I can grab the request and move it but when I release the mouse, it goes back the original order within the collection/folder.
