Folks:
Recently I’ve noticed that collection runs have not been recorded in the collections run history.
I’ll run the collection and, after it’s complete, the status will show ‘Last ran today at …’ but when I click on the ‘View all runs’ link, the last run it shows is more than a week ago.
Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

I ran into a similar issue a while back. In my case, it turned out that the Postman desktop app had some syncing delay with the run history. Even though the collection showed “Last ran today,” it took a few minutes for the run to actually appear in the full history.
A few things that helped me:

Make sure you’re logged into the same Postman account on the app.

Try refreshing the app or restarting it after the run.

Check if there’s a network issue — sometimes collection run history doesn’t update if Postman can’t sync with the server immediately.
In most cases, the runs do appear after a short delay. If it still doesn’t, recording a quick video and sharing environment details (OS, Postman version, web/desktop) like Danny suggested is the best way for support to troubleshoot.
