Collection level of run - can not find the test result via 'Collection -> Run'

Hi
I am using ‘Postman’ for End to End scenario . I have 14 Collections which is working fine.
However, time to time, I can NOT find the test result from ‘Collection → Run’ after execution is completed successfully.

I am not over the limitation of monthe run ( 25 ) …

Any help would be appreciated it.

Regards.
Heajin.

Hi Heajin! This is a frustrating issue that pops up occasionally. First, check your Run History in the left sidebar or go to Runner → Run History - your results might be stored there even if they’re not showing in the Collections tab. This often happens due to browser/memory issues with large collections, so try refreshing Postman or clearing your cache. Also double-check you’re in the correct workspace and that all requests actually completed during the “successful” run, as partial failures can sometimes affect result storage. As a workaround, I’d recommend exporting results immediately after each collection run completes. If this keeps happening consistently, it’s worth contacting Postman support with specific details about which collections are affected. Hope this helps get your test results back!

Hey @heajink :waving_hand:t3:

Could you provide some more visual examples of where you’re not seeing the results, please?

Each individual Collection has its own “Runs” section at the Collection level which shows the automated runs for that individual Collection.

Also, each execution will be shown in the History tab, on the left sidebar menu.

Hi @aerospace-saganist-7
I checked

  1. run history on left pannel : Nothing
  2. I noticed browser and caches issue on Postman, i am always logout & login postman every day .. which is not help either
  3. Yes your workaround suggestion is work

The reason I did not do that work around until too late is that I’ve not encountered this issue until 09/23/2025. I’ve been executing Postman Collections more than 2.5 months.
Now I know. I would like to know if there is anything I should do to prevent occurred this issue again.…

Hi Danny.
Thank you for responding to me .. this is occurred on collection → run tabs
Hopefully you can see the attached screenshot.
As you can see I run on collection level scripts on 09/23/2025.. i can not find the test result.
As Samuel mentioned, there is an work around but i did not know until too late.

Hopefully, the postma is more consistent, reliable in the future.
