Change workspace from Personal to Public

Hello everyone, how are you go on?

I need a help.

I’m trying to change the visibility to my workspace, I saw this articles here in the community (…/workspace-cant-set-to-public/37044), but it isn’t work for me.

I’m doing a challenge of 15 days of Postman and the workspace have to be Public.

Someone can help me with this?

I am seeing the “Who can access this workspace” drop-down menu,
Did you try click and that “Only me” and seeing other options

I did that.
In list options, show me the option “Anyone on the internet”, it’s Public.
But when I selected this option, that error message show to me.

It’s back to “Only me” option and show me the message.

Sorry you’re encountering this problem. Our team is aware of the root issue that is the likely culprit for these errors, and is working on a fix. This should go out in a week or two, but In the mean time we can fix things manually.

You can send me your team domain from the team settings page and account email address and we can take care of it for you.

I’ll wait to fix it, because I finish my work in those workspace.
I’m doing another work and it’s in my personal workspace.

When this bug will fix, I’ll back to my old workspace and try again.
