You might see postman agent named folder under c://user, don’t confuse. Create new folder name postman and inside it create folder name file and then upload your file there

And one more hint, maybe it was obvious for everyone but it worked for me when I downloaded client app locally. It didn’t work for me when I was using Postman in a browser

As this is quite an old issue with a number of users having used this as the solution - Could you expand on what you have tried and any error messages that you can see? Has the explorer window opened behind (which might look like nothings happened) the app window?
