Cannot sign into Postman desktop in Amazon Workspaces

I’ve scoured the web and tried to follow all the advice I’ve found, but for some reason I am still unable to successfully sign into Postman desktop within my Amazon Workspace. I’m constantly stuck in the Cloudflare loop. I’ve tried the following:

  1. Signing into Postma in my default browser first.
  2. Signing directly into identity.getpostman.com.
  3. Using the Clear Cache and Reload option in desktop.
  4. Enabling the “Define these policy” settings in Certificate Path Validation → Network Retrieval of the Public Key Policies group policy.
  5. I did not set up the Workspace, but I’m told by the ones who did that there is no WFA on the workspace nor is there any VPN running. Windows Firewall is on, but I haven’t seen anything talking about that being an issue.

I’m wondering if Postman has a troubleshooting guide for this or a way to get around this issue or if anyone on this thread has found a way to resolve this.

Any time I click Sign In, I get this screen. If I click the Verify you are a human checkbox, I’ll get the spinning circle for a bit, and then the checkbox reappears.

I’m not familiar with this issue but the support team handles lots of different cases and might have some knowledge here and also be able to look closer at your account to see if there is anything going on. :folded_hands:

I have the same problem, I also get stuck on the cloudfare screen!
