i just downloaded the postman desktop app when i am signing in this page is showing up and I can’t switch to workspace

Did you download the version from the Postman website?
Are you able to select any of the menu options on the top left, to navigate to a Workspace?

no I am not able select any menu options
I’m at a disadvantage here because I can’t see what you have infront of you or interact with it myself.
Have you quit the app and opened it again?
Can you select the window menu bar options and use the Clear Cache and Reload option?
Can you access your account via https://go.postman.co and see your Workspaces?
If you can load the web platform, are you able to log out and log back in again?
yes i can access online postman but can’t at desktop app
Are you using a work machine or on a specific network/behind a firewall or VPN?
Have you previously been able to use the Desktop client?
