Workspaces not loading on windows 11

I’m experiencing an issue where the workspace is not loading on either the go.postman.co website or the Postman app. The error message I receive says: “Couldn’t load the workspaces. Just a faulty wire. Try reloading.”

I have already checked and confirmed that my app is up to date:

  • Version: Postman v11.9.2 (the latest version)
  • Last checked: August 26, 2024, at 11:17 AM.

Please assist in resolving this issue.

Hey folks,

There is currently on outage with one of the internal services, the team are aware of this and are working on a fix. :pray:t2:

Will will provide and update when we have more information.

Same here . seems like there is an outage . the details can be checked at https://status.postman.com/

We’re aware that everyone has the same issue, this isn’t local to any single persons instance of Postman.

Couldn’t load the workspaces

I can’t load my workspace aswell and my version is 11.9.0. It’s not the latest version. Should I update it? (Please tell me how to update)

Its not related to particular version, it’s an issue with an internal service.

Downgrading wouldn’t change anything here.

my postman is blocked because of cloudy services?? i can’t run it locally?? i’m looking an alternative because work is not waiting

You can use thunder client untill then. Service is not available only for local also for web too.

Still facing this issue on mac.

Hi @chirag.yeole.

Can you log out of your account and login again to refresh your sessions? Re-authentication should help.

I’m still facing the same issue, also on mac. I’ve logged out and back in multiple times, even going as far as to restart the device and I’m still not seeing my collections.
