"Couldn't load the workspaces" on win10 after update

Hi! I’ve had my postman account for more than a year and had saved a lot of personal requests. Now after the latest update v.11.9.2 it just doesn’t want to load the workspaces.

The problem stays after reloading the computer, reinstalling desktop Postman and in the web version as well. What else can I do?

Every other app connected to the web works fine.

There is currently on outage with one of the internal services, the team are aware of this and are working on a fix. :pray:t2:

I am also facing same problem, after update postman i stop working. Hope the fixes will refelects on my ends too. BTW how much time it will take to recover?

It should ideally be up now. Are you on Desktop or Web? What OS are you working from?

I am on desktop and currently running Windows 11 Pro

@altimetry-candidate4 Can you share a screenshot of the error you’re getting alongside your user ID?
