Now i have the same problem in Browser at Windows 10. Desktop App works fine (mostly)
When i deactivate the cache, workpace is loaded, sometimes, but no collection: " Unable to load this tab"
In the browser console is no network error, but a lot of 429
Hi @snoodleking @frankagiletesting.
Can you both share a screenshot of what you see?
Sure. I just see an empty Collections area:
This screen had requests in it two days ago and now everything is just gone.
today it works again
Hi @frankagiletesting. Can you confirm that you’re loading the same Workspace you have in the screenshot? The “ACIM Team” workspace?
Yes, the workspace is the same, but the error also occurred with other workspaces.
But it is currently working again.
The “ACIM Team” workspace is from my screenshot and it still is not working as of today.
Hey @snoodleking. I’d need your help in debugging this issue a little further.
Can you try to load that workspace in our VS code extension to see if you’re able to load it? Also could you let me know if you’re on web or desktop and what the specific Postman version is?
sure thing. Same behavior in vscode extension:
I’m using desktop client mostly, but I did try the web one as well to see if that would help. I’m seeing the same issue across all platforms. I’ve logged out/logged back in to all platforms. I’ll also note that my other team member is seeing the same thing as well (collection data just gone).
I’m on v 11.10.0
Let me know what else you might need.
Thanks!
So after some investigation on my end, I believe my issue is caused because another one of my teammates deleted their collection upon encountering the original issue (collections now loading).
So the good news is that most likely the data is gone not due to the outage, but due to my teammates reaction to the outage. The bad news is that, now that we’ve realized the error we’re past the “postman trash” being taken out (1 day). Is there any way to restore this collection?
Ah, I see! Can you send an email to [email protected] with this request?
