Where is server data saved?

Hi everyone!

I am working on a project that requires connecting Tableau to REST API and learned about Postman from the Tableau tutorials.

I was wondering where Postman is saving the data that it connects to. Does the information get saved directly on my computer, or does Postman have a virtual backup?
Trying to confirm the information I will be working with will not be publicly available.

Postman is cloud based , so everything is saved in postman cloud
