Question: Where is the Postman data stored?

Hello all,

We are interested in looking to use Postman for testing our company API’s and more. However because of company policy all data should be stored on a European server, is it possible to have all data stored on European AWS Servers?

Also does Postman look into the requests and monitoring we set up?
