Currently I run more than 25 times runner in free plan, will it billed it once I upgrade the plan or is ok to continue run?

Not sure I fully understand the question, are you planning to upgrade to a certain tier?
Could you provide more details please?
You can use the Collection Runner over the 25 runs stated but it will come to a point that the limit will be exceeded.
There are also a few different methods of running Collections, you’re not limited to only using the Collection Runner.
