when I use postman website, my apis are all ok,and works.
But, the destop app cannot open, I triey to uninstall and install it again and again.
so sad. Please help me

Are you using the Postman Desktop client while on a company VPN or behind a firewall? Has this been working in the past?

this issue still exists in the postman’s version: 11.44.0 and windows11 version:24H2.
PS: the online postman can work well.
Would it be possible to extract your logs from the app and send them over to [email protected]?

yep，I followed you advise, my version is 11.45.6. but, so sad, it still a blank page when I click on the “switch to workspace”.
你的意思是现在安装的版本可以看到顶部菜单栏吗？就像我图中这样。
如果是的话，你可以退出重新登录试试。
试了呢，退出登录、重新安装都试过了， 仍然是不行的，好悲伤啊
