Surprised to see a p1 issue is not yet resolved. Worked when VPN is not enabled open network. Not working in VPN.
I’m now no longer able to access my workspaces either. Help please.
I have the same error. It took several minutes to log in into my workspace, however its contents are not loaded.
same error here today.
had to sign-out from local app (lost unsaved data);
sign in on webapp https://web.postman.co/ ;
sign in (add a new account) on local app;
approved login with user logged on web app when redirected to the browser;
oppened local app using browser pop-up;
settings > ssl > certificate verification changed to off (needed on my case).
working fine now.
Been getting this issue for the past couple of hours… and now it has progressed to getting 500’s when I try and login to both the app and the website.
After the shift to cloud I have no local copies of my work so I can’t even fall back to working requests.
Is there any work going on to fix this?

All my local workspaces and local history are not even accessible when their API are not reachable…

No insight into the actual issue, but signing out and back in does the trick.
Had this issue since morning. However, seems to be fixed now.
I was facing this issue, but I manage to make Postman work by force quitting Chrome… I closed postman, and start it again and I was able to reproduce it 3 times in a row. So, any one with this issue give this a shoot

Also seeing this error, cannot access my workspaces even though I have internet connectivity. Why would I need to connect to your servers anyways to use collections I’m storing locally ???
Restarting postman seems to have resolved the issue.
I upgraded to new version, and now I can’t load my workspaces (as i’m offline).
Worst, I can’t create new Postman Request. nothing happens if I click “Create New”

Still happening. My proxy was fine, clicked on something, my workspace got wiped and now I can’t get to anything. PLEASE ALLOW OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY! This cloud functionality is more painful than helpful.

This is a big pain… why doesn’t it cache a copy to use offline?
In the end, no matter what I did with the proxy (whilst on VPN) failed to work… ended up coming off VPN and suddenly Postman was fine.
This isn’t acceptable & makes me want to find an alternative that isn’t dependent on this online connection.
Amazing.
I’m online and can access any website, but opened postman 5 times and every single time it says I’m offline.
Nothing has changed on my PC for this to happen.
Tried restarting. Nothing.
No Chrome open. Still nothing.
Logged out of the app and tried to login, but just as previously, it tries over and over and over and can not login.
Luckily I have nothing better to do than waste my time trying to do nothing more than OPEN AN APP!
