My question: I am installing the newest version of postman and when I launch the desktop version the app goes grey after 3 minutes
I’ve already tried:
I have tried uninstalling all postman, moving my collections to an external hard drive to not lose my work and then installing the newest version.
I opened a support ticket but the only task I was given to try is to turn off hardware accelerator. It is not on the desktop app, the web app hangs as well and I don’t see how to turn off in Chrome browser.
We have a large number of collections, so would like to get back to work; just wondering if anyone else had these issues and any direction to resolve.
