Runner does not start although postman-agent is installed

I would like to run a set of API calls through the POSTman runner. I imported a collection with the API requests:

However the Runner start button is disabled. At the bottom I see “Auto-select agent” which displays the further details:

The Desktop agent seems to be installed and running:

So I don’t understand why the Runner does not allow me to start it.

Welcome to the Postman community

A few things that I can think to do here:

Do you see a message when you hover over the start button?

Have you tried restarting or updating your Postman Agent version?

Have you tried disabling auto select and tried to enable the agent option?

Have you tried using the Desktop Client to perform that run?
