Recent issues opening Postman Desktop reported by multiple users

I am an admin for Postman Enterprise for our organization. Recently (for the past few weeks), I have had multiple users reach out to me unable to load Postman Desktop. Seems like it is trying to communicate, but never opens. I give them these instructions, which fixes them at least temporarily. How to remove local data โ€“ Postman

Are there any known issues being worked on that would address this issue? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We tried sign out and signin but still we are unable to fetch the data

As the original post is talking about the Enterprise Desktop App, your issue is likely a different one.

Can you try heading to https://go.postman.co and logging in/out and then try loading up the Desktop App again to see if this resolves your problem.
