Unable to load data after sign in

once restart my desktop, can’t use postman anymore. if I don’t sign in, I can send HTTP request, but once I sign in, it continue circling, only display:
Unable to load data

Please confirm that you aren’t on any proxy of VPN? This may cause the app to not perform optimally.
