Hello,
I am Azeem Majid and I am currently a third year at UNLV. I am interested in working on the Newman Dashboard. Having an easy to use and understand dashboard is important to making a product user friendly. I have prior experience with websockets and IPC. I was planning on launching a local webserver to communicate request data to the cli to run the requests and every request would have information sent to the dashboard through ipc/websockets.
Thanks for writing to us. Yup, the basic approach seems good. I would suggest adding more details to the approach and create a proposal(google doc) for it. The details could include the data flow diagram, the lifecycle of the webserver (how the server will be spawned/despawned), and other smaller details you would like to show.
