My question:
There was an update to postman, looked like a major update and now i get some error, my laptop is company and i dont have local admin rights:

Malfored error on adapter, Should always be an Error instance, but instead got:
currently installed DB version is missing.
How I found the problem:
Automatic update run, then on restart this is what happened and now it says preparing your workspace. I have raised a ticket with internal IT to reinstall postman but i did not export all my profiles I hope i will not lose them.
Is there anyway to stop such automatic updates incase they are requiring admin account to make changes?
I’ve already tried:
Restarting, launching several times.
