Postman Pricing (Api limit) and collection runner per user

Hi Postman ,

I am trying to get more understanding on Postman pricing if anyone can help me with my below questions

  1. Since API limit is only 3 . What would be the API limit per user if i choose to take Basic or Professional plan for 4 users ? Does that mean each 4 users will be able to create 3 api of their own means 12 api ??

  2. What would be the collection runner limit per user . On professional it says 250/user/month does that mean each user will have 250 runs and if i take professional for 4 users means we will have total for 1000 runs ?
