Hello, I have the same issue with version 8.10.0. I have uninstalled the app, deleted those folders and re-installed it again, didn’t help. Any other suggestions?
Also, I cannot collect the logs because the article asks to have the application open in the first step, but it can’t even start in my case, showing me a blank splash screen.
