Postman and newman JSON reports: differences and schema

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand the differences between Postman built-in JSON results export format and the newman JSON reporter.
I noticed that they’re quite different.
a) why is that so? shouldn’t they be equal?
b) where can we find and official schema/description for each of these JSON result ouput formats?

no, I was unable to understand why and unfortunately noone from Postman gave feedback about it… I don’t have a paying account but I would expect that someone looked at this forum.
