Payment complaints

First of all, I apologize for writing here because of the terrible system with no contact center.
I purchased two Basic plans
I understood that the free plan was free for 3 people, so I bought 2 more to use for 5 people, but today I found that I was charged for 5 people. Also, I never agreed to the auto-flex(?) policy, but when I invited a team, they just added the team and charged me without any notice that I would be charged for payment, and I feel really dirty. And I don’t even know what the heck is flow and why is it being charged. It’s obvious that you have to pay a fair fee for your usage, but it’s really bad to see that you’re confusing the information about the usage fee like this, and you don’t even give any notice about the situation where you might be charged additional fees. We are 6 college students who are preparing to become developers and I feel so bad about this that I will never use Postman in my development life and I will not speak positively about using Postman to others. It’s even funny that they put the annual plan purchase next to the plan payment and make it misleading that the plan purchase is only paid once a month, but the plan continues to be paid unless the user explicitly cancels it? It’s a dirty structure that blocks and confuses the information provided to consumers as much as possible and keeps them paying blindly.
