I’m having some issue while working on Postman with my colleagues.
We are three developers including myself, using the free version of Postman, with no Premium account. I joined this team a few weeks ago and started using Postman on my local environment, but the problem I encounter appears when trying to collaborate with my teammates.
I created a workspace containing some collections on Postman Desktop. Then I invited my two colleagues to collaborate on it. They accepted the invitation, and since then, they appear in the list of collaborators of this workspace. They can access this workspace’s collections, and create / import some collections in it via the web browser version of Postman.
However, they can’t access it through their Postman Desktop application, which makes testing difficult on our respective local environments. Is there an explanation and a solution to this problem ? I looked for answers, asked Postman AI on my Postman Desktop, but it didn’t bring me solutions to this problem.
