Are you able to see those on the web platform?
Could you provide a little more context about your situation? Have you recently updated to a new version, created a new account or joined a new team?
Are you able to share some visual examples of the app and what you’re currently seeing?
When the app opened it just showed blank and all I saw was the placeholders for the workdpaces.
After logging out and in several times on the web I did finally see the collections there and after exporting them I attempted the same thing on my local app.
They did finally show back up after logging out and in several times and you can bet that they are being exported and saved locally separately from now on.
I’m having the same problem.
I have dozens of workspaces on my team, and I can’t see a single one anymore.
From the Workspaces drop-down menu, I only see the most recently used ones, but when I click “view all workspaces,” I don’t see a single one.

I don’t even see the workspaces in the web interface.
However, I ran the backup function and received a zip file via email with all the collections I had, so the data should be there in your system, but since they’re not divided by workspace name, they’re all mixed up.
Are you part of a team and you’re not the admin of the team and you only have read only access for some Workspaces?
Can you access the Workspaces if you select one of the previously visited ones?
Are you able to create new Workspaces?
Any other relevant information about your own individual context that you could share?

Just to confirm, it’s only the All Workspaces section that isn’t working for you?

I can’t see all the workspaces, but I can only see those in the Workspaces menu (which, however, are only the most recently used ones).

Which Postman version and OS are you using?
The version is: v11.85.1-260219-0947
The OS is Windows 11
are there any updates?
I have passed this issue directly to the team that owns this area and they will be taking a closer look at what might be happening here.
It’s not something that is a wide spread issue across our user base so finding the specific root cause is going to take a little bit more investigating.
I appreciate that this is frustrating and not what you want to hear but we’re on the case and I will share any new information that I have once I get it. ![]()
