Move folders in a collection to another collection / folder

Need a quick way to move folders from a collection to another collection’s folder, or import from a file into an existing folder in a collection.

Was this feature considered/added? I have a bunch of collections I would like to move under one folder,

Right now, the only way to do that would be dragging and dropping the folders from one collection to another.
