I’ve noticed there’s quite a few of my collections missing all of their folders. Requests created at the root are there (may be some missing? not sure) but there are no folders which is where the majority of the requests were.
I cannot see them when going to https://go.postman.co/ either. However if I go to the activity stream and click on one of them that would be in a folder, it brings it up with the payload. In the breadcrumb, it has the folder path listed but when I click on the folder, it brings up the " Folder not found" page.
Without more knowledge about what you might have been doing previous to seeing things missing, it’s tough to know what’s happening here. Have you worked on the folder in an unsaved state and then logged out before saving them?
If you don’t see them in the web platform, those haven’t been saved/synced from the desktop platform.
You could try a “Clear Cache and Reload” from the window top level menu option but I’m unsure if that will help
There is an autosave option in the general settings that might prevent or mitigate against this happening in the future.
Hi! Thanks for the response. I’m not exactly sure when it first disappeared so I can’t provide any more details on that.
“Clear Cache and Reload” did not work. But exporting the collections and re-importing them as a copy did restore the folders so that’s what I did for all my collections.
