Collection is gone after update to 11.22

opened postman today it ran an update and now my collections are gone.

Were you logged into your account before the update happened?

Are you able to see the Collection on the Web platform?

I launched the app and it did the update and the collections are gone. I do not see the collections on the web.postman.co.

Hi @danny-dainton i’m using M1 mac chip Desktop version of Postman which is Version 11.22.1,I Can’t see the collection on desktop app(even reinstall the app),but can see the collection on the Web platform.

Can you try logging out from the Web platform and signing back in - I’m not saying that this will solve this for you but it has help others recently.

Hi @danny-dainton After logging out from the Web platform and signing back in.Desktop Postman still crash like photo below.(I can’t log out on the desktop app, and none of the buttons are responding when clicked.)

Are you able to use the menu bar options to clear the cache and reload the app?

I only see the ones I manually imported from files on my computer yesterday.

Were you previous signed into an account? Were those Collections you’re importing part of that account?

The collections I imported we previously emailed to me from past projects. That is why I had those json files on my computer to import. When I originally started using postman It did not require a login but as some point in the past I did start logging in when I launched the desktop App. I never started postman by using a browser.

We had that change in place for about 18 months now. Did you migrate your old Scratchpad data into a Workspace using the ⚙️ > Settings > Data menu option?

If you were using the Collections that are no longer present, with a signed in account, those would have been synced and would still be your Workspaces.

I did not migrate my old Scratchpad data.
