Making a collection public on team page

Hi,
I’m trying to publish a collection and make it public so it shows up on my teams page here: https://www.postman.com/shotstack?tab=collections

As you can see on that page there is one collection for the Serve API, however if you look in the Workspace: https://www.postman.com/shotstack/workspace/shotstack/overview - there are actually two collection - Edit API and Serve API.

How can I make the Edit API collection appear on the team page and be a public, published collection?

I was able to work around this by duplicating the collection and deleting the old collection. The new collection was visible.
