When signing into the native app, I select the option “Keep me signed in”, however, after many days time, I still get a message saying my session has expired and I have to sign-in again.

Are you the only one using your login, or is it being shared? Feel free to open a ticket with us if you’re unsure about this.
I’m the only one using the login, however, I do use it on multiple computers.
