I have gone the instructions [here](https://learning.postman.com/docs/sending-requests/capturing-request-data/interceptor/#installing-interceptor), still the interceptor only tracks and records the requests made but never records the cookies. I have Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (64-bit), Postman Interceptor extension version 1.1.2.
