I can't delete my team, and I can't delete my account

I have a public team that I used to manage school projects. And I would like to delete it and have my account only for personal use, because I am not really working in a school environment anymore.

The problem is that I have tried to leave and delete the team (where only I am a member), but it is impossible, and I get the following legend.

I have tried to change the visibility of the team in the only option I have seen, deselecting the option to make my team public, but I can not for the same reason.

Tired of all this, I have decided to delete my account and create a new one, but when I try to delete my current account, guess what appears? That’s right, the same legend as last time.

I don’t know what else to do, I’m frustrated.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. The first screenshot you’re getting prompts you to update the visibility of the public workspaces in your team to “Team”.

There are different kinds of workspaces in a team, and Postman does not let you delete a team that has artifacts that are available to the public. You must first make all your workspaces a Team workspace before you can delete the team itself. It appears that you’re trying to update the visibility of your Teams profile rather than the visibility of your public workspaces to “Team”. Follow this guide to learn how you can update your Workspace visibility.
