There seems to be no option to remove an SDK. I wanted to try it out but found out it is not necessary for us, thus wanted to remove the SDK section from our workspace. Now upon removing it I get the following error:
This might be caused by the fact that there is still an SDK within the SDK section but how do I remove this SDK? I have been searching for quiet some time now but I have yet to find out how.

Are you working locally on a git connected folder or in a Cloud Workspace?
I’ve also reached out to the team for more information here around the deletion of SDKs. 
In a Cloud Workspace. I did found out that removing the collection does also remove the SDK, therefore you could export, remove, and then import the collection to get rid of the SDK. This workaround solves the issue, therefore I will state this as the solution.
