I’m trying to import HALOitsm Swagger.
I tried both using web link and local file but both fail.

Can I clarify some details here, please.
You attempt to import this while you’re online and during the import process it tells you you’re offline and then shows the error?
@danny-dainton exakt, I’m online and after 30 sec I get the offline error msg. I tried to import the file on the web as well and get the same error.

I used the same file to recreate the issue. I’ve raised it with the team to see if there are any limitations on file size or timeouts when importing those types of files.
